Herbal Blend to aid with Indigestion.
Each pack contains ½ cup (125ml) of the Herbal Blend. The weight varies due to the density of each herb.
Usage & Dosage:
How to properly prepare a herbal infusion:
Heat the water in a kettle or small saucepan until it reaches boiling point.
Measure one teaspoon of dried herb per cup of water.
Place the herb into your chosen vessel (mug, teapot, tea strainer, etc.).
Pour the boiling water over the herb and let it steep for 2 to 5 minutes (the longer the steeping time, the stronger the infusion and its flavour).
Strain and enjoy!
Consume 1 to 3 cups per day. For best results, it is recommended to drink it three times daily – morning, midday, and evening.
